Mr Fruity is the sort of character that springs to mind when I think of Mancera's Cedrat Boise. A citrus aromatic fragrance with dominant fruity, woody and leather notes, often compared to Creed's Aventus.
Submitted for your approval is one Mr Fruity: a young, carefree British expat living and working in Dubai. A property consultant and party-goer with a work-hard, play-hard mentality.
Real name Freddie, Mr Fruity is, as his nickname would suggest, a lively type, who dresses flamboyantly and drinks garishly coloured cocktails. A vibrant and energising man, forever on the go, who retains a round the clock vivacity.
Like others in his social circle, Freddie resides in Dubai Marina: an affluent residential neighbourhood brimming with bars, restaurants, shops and waterside activities. When he’s not sunning himself on the beach, he’s out socialising, networking with Dubai’s high flyers.
His favourite hang-out is a rooftop bar by the name of Atelier M, where you’ll frequently find him smoking shisha of an evening. The fragrant smoke filling his lungs and enveloping his clothes.
After smoking, his second greatest love in life is cars. Fast cars with big engines. The kind of cars that Dubai is famous for. Freddie drives a Dodge Viper. A bright orange one with leather upholstery, which smells of leather the minute you step inside it. A smooth, velvety sort of leather, suggestive of wealth and opulence.
We could all do with a bit of Mr Fruity in our lives. A squeeze of lemon. A hint of blackcurrant. A puff of smoke. A touch of leather. You may already know such a man...
